“We have been pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and comfort of this hotel. The room has quality mattresses, upscale pillows, bedding, and towels, and looks modern with newer furnishings and carpet. Everything has been remarkably clean and pleasant. I can highly recommend staying here, and we would be happy to come back again.”

“The place was so dirty we had to clean it before we could do anything the smell was so bad it smelled of urine and feces there was homeless and people doing drugs everywhere the beds were like sleeping on rocks dresser was falling apart A/C worked when it wanted got woke up almost every morning to screaming and yelling. Someone's dog kept peeing in the elevator. I couldn't walk my puppy because I was afraid she would step on needles or glass. Some of the staff was nice some of them rude.. the……

“Very helpful communication with Natasha regarding our arrival time and progress during our road trip, and very welcoming when we arrived after a long day of driving. Outstanding spotless and clean room! Delicious breakfast served at 9 o'clock, and a very accommodating and nourishing "to-go" breakfasts prepared for us on the road as we had over 550 miles to drive the following day, Woodstock is a definite stay if we pass through in the future!”

“This was one of the most amazing hotels I’ve stayed in. Now I will say the hot tub was a little small for the amount of people that sometimes wanted to be in it, but other than that, the staff is absolutely amazing. I even had the bartender she went above and beyond. She was awesome.”

“Hotel was very clean - was just after Argentina left so the hotel was still had their decor all over, but that was pretty cool. Room was great - except the AC wasn't consistent throughout the entire room, likely because of the rooms shape. Staff were very helpful, especially as it concerned parking. The day I left was the last day of free parking, though their back lot was not available during that time because of the break-down of the facility from Argentina's stay, so perhaps their back lot……

“It looked pretty new and the room was big and clean. There were always snacks in the lobby area which was nice. There was a small box of Christopher Elbow chocolate in the room as a welcoming gift and we enjoyed it. ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed this place. This charming rental is comprised of Greek orthodox antebellum architecture, and even had a personal elevator to our room. The breakfasts were elegant and wonderful. We also really enjoyed the Jacuzzi. Great choice!”

“I am shocked at how high of stars this hotel had when it is average at best. The hotel is a whole complex which was difficult to navigate and even find the hotel. It is on a beautiful property, but the beds feel like you’re laying on cheap plastic and the breakfast is disappointing. (No waffle maker, which is always what I’m looking for at hotel breakfast). Overall it was a fine overnight but certainly does not deserve the excellent rating listed. Okay at best”

“The hotel was clean and staff was great. What we did like was the sort thin walls. We heard the neighbors partying until 5 am. Also, restaurants weren’t open during the day except one. I don’t think we would stay here again.”

“While the beds were clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly this hotel is in need of some Serious updating! This had to have been another hotel rebranded as HIE or a terrible experiment at how to use leftover materials to construct a hotel interior! —Wallpaper peeling in hallways and in room, nothing matched. Uneven transitions between carpet and tile. Carpet was atrocious mismatch squares with odd textures, not comfortable at all. Whoever constructed the hotel had terrible workmanship.……
