“Brand new hotel & therefore had glitches but I suppose that was reflected in the price paid for a junior suite. There was building work going on while we stayed there, which set the fire alarm off & meant a walk down the stairs from 13th floor onto the back street, & since that entrance wasn’t open, meant a lot of guests had to walk thru the streets in their pyjamas. There isn’t enough wardrobe space for anything other than a few nights stay. The TV didn’t work properly & kept displaying sound……

“The rooms are fine, if relatively basic. Room service menu is very limited and does not offer a wide range of options. Pity too the Japanese restaurant has no menu any longer and is only a buffet offering. Staff are helpful (especially the front of house gentleman at the breakfast restaurant). However, there was one day the room was not serviced at all ”

Lovely setting and a great place to relax. The location was just what we needed whilst attending a wedding at a local venue. Fully recommended!”
