“The biggest issue was the confusing check-in process and inaccurate listing. The actual condo had a different name from the one shown online, and it was located at a different address than the location listed. We had to dig through Expedia messages to find the check-in instructions, and it took us nearly two hours to figure out where to go. When we tried to contact the property the office was already closed, so no one was available to help and we felt completely stuck.

“The room was listed as a two bedroom, I expected it to be a single unit but management emailed me to notify that the booking was for two separate units right next to each other. It worked out well for us because we were a group of two families. Aside from that the unit was very clean, and spacious. I loved that it was right across from the beach ! The field next to us had deer! Which was an awesome surprise! The unit came equipped with all the cooking equipment, we were able to make breakfast……

“Stayed in Kauhale Makai 102 for 7 nights. A few suggestions:
-since it is a studio, consider upgrading the refrigerator to a quieter model that does't sound like a noisy engine running right next to you !
- the mattress needs replacing, very saggy in the middle and way too soft”
