“In a location with often astronomical prices, this condo offers a terrific value with a full kitchen, Washer dryer in the unit, super nice furnishings and a comfortable bed within a hotel-like complex right on the ocean. Marc is very responsive. My only slightly negative comment is the "oceanfront" aspect of the listing is a little misleading as while the complex is oceanfront, the unit is not, although there is an ocean view somewhat from the right side of the lanai. “The place was beautiful. Stunning mountain and ocean views from the condo. It was so tranquil to sip coffee in the morning and then have a sunset dinner on the balcony. Parking was great. Beach access was simple. I would stay there again! ”

“This is a beautiful, well appointed apartment on the ground floor with a close up view of a lovely golf course. No A/C, but fans in every room and two standing fans to cool the area. The beds are very comfortable and they have thoughtfully supplied a small cooler, beach chairs and towels, and even a beach umbrella! There is a nice grill, tables and chairs for enjoying the back lanai. The only thing that would make it better is if the groundskeepers didn't have to start tending the grounds so...

“Beautiful pool and bbq area … quit complex even with construction . Full time residents were very nice . This condo had everything we needed . Although it’s an older unit it was very nice . Plenty of hot water and very clean . ”

“Very clean, spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything our family of 5 needed, including tupperware for excursions! Excellent location in Kona just across from the sandy beach. Parking, pool, hot tub, and tennis courts were all top notch. ”

“The property is beautiful and so is the condo. There’s plenty of space, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything from basic utensils to a waffle maker. My wife and I had a wonderful time.”

“This place was perfect for us. Loved the Hawaiian decor. Even though on first floor, the ocean front lanai is still above the rocks and seawall, just gorgeous view of the ocean. 10/10 Excelente

"Resort en perfecto estado de conservación, ultra moderno, con todos los servicios: lavadora, secadora, lavavajillas, cocina office más grande que la de mi casa , mesa con cuatro sillas y terraza de veinte m2. El entorno un auténtico paraíso. Lástima que solo lo aprovechamos para dormir porque era para estarse unos días haciendo el gandul. Y el trato de los recepcionistas fue excelente. "
