We reserved a partial ocean view room with a balcony and we had a great view of the bay. I liked our view better than a full ocean view. Food was very good and service was great. The kitchen cabinets and countertops were old and due for replacement, which I believe was planned for this year. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay as it was conveniently located between the beaches that we visited in north and south Kohala. Staff were super friendly. Towel exchange service was definitely a plus.
