“Clean, updated rooms and what looked like fresh paint and carpet in the corridors. Friendly, helpful staff. Negatives were a desk chair in the room that wouldn’t adjust, a longer than expected wait when checking in due to receptionist helping people on the phone, an in-room freezer that was iced up and as a result had a broken door.”
