“Booked our hotel and the posting said underground tunnel to the waterpark we went to Wisconsin in December when it was 8° and the hotel room we got was not even attached to the main building so it’s not very beneficial to take toddlers and 8° weather in your car after they’ve been to a waterpark Also, it snowed while we were there and in three days, nobody bothered to clear the walkways or the sidewalks outside the room. They simply threw salt down. Just hoping it would melt. All I did was make……

Lots of towels and supplies. The check in process was easy and they are very friendly and helpful. I’d recommend it overall. ”

“My friend and I enjoyed our 1 night stay. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. The hallways and stairs were quite dirty where our suite was located but the suite itself was clean. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly when we interacted with them. Unfortunately, there was garbage all over the outdoor grounds. It was a shame because had the garbage been picked up it would have been quite lovely. There were people smoking on the porch outside where we entered to go to our suite. It was off……

“One of the best and cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Also, I left my laptop in the entrance lobby during arrival, and they kept it safe despite me realizing it is missing the next day. It is a great stay and will definitely be back.”
