“I booked a premium hotel room and was given a normal room by (deception), the room was terrible for the price of a premium room, the shower head was broken, the toilet pot looks very dirty, and the bathroom sink was leaking on the floor, the door was not very secured for privacy, my bed sheets were never changed even ones and worst of all the toilet was breathing back into the hotel room producing a very terrible smell in my hotel room that's what sent me parking out immediately the toilet smell...

“The place is clean but slightly abandoned.”

“El lugar es agradable. Tal vez solo sea necesario actualizarlo. También sería bueno que todos los días te dejaran una botella de agua.”

“Honestly a bit better than I expected given recent competition from the Hilton and Kempinski. Perhaps they are upping their game? Great location. Not great value for money but ponder where you are. Excellent public spaces. Great breakfast on offer. Wifi sometimes slow. Hot water in my room was intermittent, although others in my group had no complaint so perhaps a glitch? Really not bad at all given the cenral location and complimentary transport to the airport.”

“Saw a cockroach in the room. The room and hallway has a strong smell tha hits you once you enter. The staff were nice”

“Listing stated room with 2 beds, but upon arrival they only had rooms with 1 bed. We had to pay extra for another room since the listing wasn’t even close to being accurate. Water and electricity didn’t always work, they ran the generator to compensate but it was quite loud. Wasn’t marked right on google maps, we had to call to find out the actual location. ”

“I realized I had forgotten my phone at the hotel when about to embark and they managed to find it and drive it to the airport on time. Very grateful for it ”
