"I recently stayed at the Sheraton Dallas for the Knights of Columbus State Convention, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the parking attendants to the restaurant managers, the entire team was warm, enthusiastic, and genuinely fun to interact with. It is clear they love what they do, and that passion translates into excellence in hospitality. My room was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable—the fluffed pillows and attention to detail did not go unnoticed! Additionally, the convention hall was expansive and very well-maintained, making it a perfect venue for our event. The highlight, however, was the consistent outpouring of generosity and the smiling faces in every department. I truly look forward to staying here again!"

"Everything and everyone was pleasant informed us with information properly. Had a bad experience at the omni and left to go to the westing and it was my 50th bday and they have my husband and i a wonderful suite and also had cake and champagne delivered..along with a wonder card. Made my bday even better considering the bad expensive we had at the omni. Thestaff sas wonderful. Will definitely be staying there every time we go to Dallas. "
