Mana Kai 412 with direct ocean views and beach access! Mana Kai is one of Kihei's most exclusive resorts, located right on Keawakapu Beach!

This beautifully upgraded 2bd/2bath is perfect for families or couples traveling together. Enjoy gazing off at the magical Maui waters, catch a whale or two breaching during season, or enjoy a breathe-taking sunset with direct ocean views from your private lanai. Dine alfresco with seating for four.

The living area is perfectly appointed with new furnishings and large flat screen TV. Open directly to the kitchen fully equipped with everything any home chef would need.

The Primary suite is located right off the living area with King bed and luxurious linens. The ensuite bath offers a walk in shower and large vanity.

Guest suite is very spacious with king bed, luxurious linens, flat screen TV and ensuite bath.

Split AC throughout keeps this beautiful condo cool and comfortable all year long.

Mana Kai 412 offers the perfect Hawaiian retreat! The resort atmosphere includes oceanfront pool, two propane BBQ's, onsite laundry facilities on each floor, free parking, fitness center, activities center, general store, and business center.

Please be aware that all Mana Kai units feature a primary bedroom that is an “open concept” and is not closed off from the living room area.

The full dining restaurant on property will be closed for renovations until late 2024-early 2025. Renovations have been delayed. When they commence, there may be noise heard from 8 am-5 pm, Monday thru Friday. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and appreciate your understanding.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.Other things to note**The restaurant on property will be closed for renovations through October 2023. In addition, beginning March 06th, 2023, the basement will also be undergoing repairs and renovations. We expect that the duration will be 4-5 months, with more information to come once the project has investigated the extent of the repairs. There may be loud noises during the day. During this period of time, the gym and the business center will be closed. Renovations will be from 8am-5pm, Monday thru Friday. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and appreciate your understanding.**

Please note: Upon confirming your reservation, we will request your personal email address. A company specific rental agreement will be emailed to the provided address. Once we have received your completed rental agreement, detailed arrival instructions will be emailed to you one week prior to your stay.

Perfect location in Kihei!
We loved our stay here. The condo location was perfect. Relaxed, beautiful beach with great green space overlooking the beach under the palms if you wanted to be outside but not in the sand. Condo had everything we needed for a family of 5 adults/teens. Small store on the first floor was very convenient! The restaurant was closed for renovation during our stay, so can’t comment on that. This particular unit had a great view of the ocean and was very clean! Included beach towels & plenty of beach chairs to use during stay. Reserved parking spot in the lot was nice. Very convenient to shopping & restaurants in Wailea & Kihei, but in a less busy area. I definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect location!
The location never disappoints. I was disappointed in the communication from the property manager. They did not get me my code or parking space. When I reached out there was no way to contact except a VM and an email. I did both and never received a response even after I had security help me at 9pm. They did get a response from the property manager and I was in my room by 10pm. The condo itself was great. There was almost everything I could need. Maybe a Keurig instead of a coffee pot LOL

Absolute paradise
Wow, we were just so delighted with our stay here. Steps to a wonderful snorkelling / swimming beach (go in the morning, the water is much calmer!), got surprised by a sea turtle out there, little shop downstairs with basics (ice, drinks, snacks). And the condo itself!! The bed was SO COMFORTABLE. The tv swivels so you can easily laze about in bed or on the sofa. Not that you’ll be watching much tv. We ate breakfast on the balcony, then out all day and back to the balcony for happy hour before dinner. We loved our stay here. The host has also stocked the kitchen and unit with everything you’ll need. And NICE wine glasses and big coffee mugs, not the usual tiny tourist sized ones. The only thing missing that we wished for was a cooler bag for our road to Hana day! Mahalo, thank you so much!!

Great time at Mana Kai
We had an amazing time at the Mana Kai! Our week there was amazing and we then went to the Grand Wailea. The entire family agreed. We like the Mana Kai way more. The 808 store, the pool, the beach, nothing but praises from our family. The condo itself was perfect too. Everythng we could need, clean, super comfy beds... if youre look at this listing I'd highly recommend it. Location is prefect too!

Overall, the unit met our expectations. The ocean front views were great, and the lanai provided a relaxing place to take in the relaxing atmosphere of the ocean. Might have been beneficial for the unit to have a tray or rug to place shoes on in the entry way, prior to the living area entry.

This is Where We Will Stay Next Time
It was just as described. It is in great condition - the view, and the property we could not have been more pleased. The actual location of the property is ideal - right on the beach, with a great pool, convenient general store on first floor, and a walk or short drive to all the restaurants, stores, shops, and bars in Kihei/Wailea. Property Management was attentive and courteous.

Beautiful unit in the Mana Kai
The Mana Kai property in general is a very special place and location but this unit in particular is furnished, finished, and renovated beautifully. The art, design, furniture, bedding, etc. is all top notch.

Great location and well equipped condo!
We really enjoyed out stay here. The location is fantastic…right on the beach, and the condo was equipped with beach towels and chairs. We liked that this was in a quiet area of Kihei, a bit away from the town center. Beds were comfy, and the kitchen was lovely and well equipped. The only minor issue was the difficulty of getting some additional soap and Kleenex, which should have been easier, or there should have been replenishments. somewhere in the condo. I would still stay here again in a flash! Lovely!!

Perfect Maui trip!
Beautiful property with a beautiful view! The condo had everything we needed (and more!) including beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and other beach toys. The view was incredible - we saw whales every morning while we sipped our coffee on the lanai. We even snorkeled with some sea turtles right off the beach. We absolutely loved our stay and will be back! Thank you!

Great Mana Kai Condo!
My husband and I just returned from a 2-week stay in this condo (#412), and loved every minute of it! Aside from the perfect location, the condo is beautifully appointed and well-maintained. We will definitely return.

We brought our 2 daughters 21 and 25 and we are incredibly happy with the layout of the condo. Our girls had plenty of privacy and a huge comfortable room with their own bathroom. Plenty of separation but also plenty of connection when desired. Both beds had a view of the ocean which was absolutely magical and of course the main bed has nothing but ocean view on the left with the lanai to die for. The kitchen was really well appointed - - daughters were happy to find even a lime press for margarita making and lemon water. Location was amazing. We’ve been all over Maui and this is our favorite beach. Working with Kathy was a pleasure. Not only do I want to come back but I’ve definitely recommend to friends. It was a perfect vacation!

Great beachfront property!
We had a great stay in this well equipped very clean condo. The location can not be beat-right on the beach and just between Wailea and Kihei. We wanted to book again for next year but it’s already booked so if you are considering it you better book now; it’s a great value. Kathy responds quickly to questions. We had no issues with the condo. There is an outside storage closet full of beach gear that is available to use. The kitchen is very well stocked. The sunset views are amazing. Really a great place!

Picture perfect vacation for our young family
We all absolutely loved our stay at Kathy and Larry’s place. The location was breathtaking and convenient. Kihei seems to be perfectly in the middle of everywhere we wanted to explore. Located right on the beach with Kihei’s calm waters was ideal for our young children who can’t swim but adore playing in the water. We spent a great deal of time out there every day. Kathy and Larry’s kitchen was well-stocked with tools and there were lots of towels and sheets in the bathrooms and bedrooms, respectively. They also had everything you’d need for the beach including boogie boards, umbrellas, and a number of beach towels and chairs! We’d return tomorrow if we could!
