Welcome to Luana Kai #C-203, your Maui home away from home! This beautifully updated 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo offers modern comfort, stunning views, and an unbeatable location on the second floor of one of Kihei’s most sought-after oceanfront complexes.

Tucked in a quiet area away from South Kihei Road, this unit offers peace and relaxation without sacrificing the view. From the living room and private lanai, take in breathtaking vistas of the ocean, West Maui Mountains, tropical courtyard, and pool.

Inside, you’ll find an updated kitchen with a sleek island countertop bar and all the essentials to cook up your favorite meals. The hard-surface flooring and a fully renovated tiled walk-in shower give the unit a clean, contemporary feel.

Stay cool and comfortable with ceiling fans, the refreshing ocean breeze, or split A/C units in both the living room and bedroom.

Luana Kai Resort has many amenities to enjoy with four free tennis and pickleball courts, free self-parking, a heated freshwater swimming pool, hot tub, two dry saunas, putting green, shuffleboard, and an abundance of lush tropical landscaping. In addition to the 2.5-mile long beach in front of Luana Kai, there are more than a dozen other sandy coves and beaches nearby, including Keawakapu, Kamaole I, Kamaole II, Kamaole III, and Charley Young. Close to downtown Kihei with many shops and restaurants to explore. Please note, the entire complex is a non-smoking property, and there are no elevators, so expect to use stairs on upper floors.

Whether you're here to explore Maui’s beaches, enjoy the island’s famous sunsets, or simply relax poolside, Luana Kai #C-203 has everything you need for an unforgettable stay.

Great property and great condo. This place has it dialed in! I loved how clean and organized the unit was. Had everything I needed. This unit also had the most incredible view. I would highly recommend this to anyone and would stay here again.
