The employees were so wonderful and the property was wonderful. Only problems were WiFi did not work and shower water was cold.
Staff so friendly and helpful. First time traveling alone ( 64 year old female) .loved staying here. Convenient for walking around town. Nice pool to cool off in and even a view of Kilimanjaro. Food was just ok.
Beautiful hotel near Kilimanjaro. Friendly staff. Clean accommodations.
The staff was very nice and helpful with all my request. Restaurant good food.

This was a disaster and had to leave hotel after 1 night. The picture of what was on your site do not give any resemblance of what i experienced. i lost money on the other nights i did not stay there. The food was bad, the room was smelly, the shower was not working, the towels were dirty stained ...
