“The house had good facilities and we really enjoyed our stay but the drive at the house needs some work so it is easier to get up! I had to put some brick rubble from the front area into the hole at the right side of the drive so we could get up and down without damaging the front spoiler of our car(a Ford Estate). There was no room to park on the road outside the property. There were some used tissues and dust under the beds and the kitchen cabinets had sawdust on the top shelves where plates...

“Located 15mins from Matlock, this property is in an excellent quiet location. Beds comfortable, Hot Tub which was clean and perfect temperature the moment we arrived. Odd bit of maintenance Ive informed the owner about but did not affect our stay. Communication was constant throughout the stay answering questions we had almost instantly. Really nice touches like washing up liquid, condiments and small things you would not expect from a vrbo property. The games room which was a hit with my kids....
