“We stayed in room 9 for a couple of nights and was more than happy with our room and the balcony was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the gringo in the beer garden serving drinks was really welcoming and a good laugh. Location was excellent with a payable carpark in close proximity.”

“De kamer zelf is heel ruim maar de badkamer is amper 2 vierkante meter. De douchecabine is erg krap. Er is nergens plaats in de douche om iets van shampoo of douchegel te plaatsen. Er is ook zwarte schimmel op de voegen. De rolgordijnen in de kamer zijn ongeveer een halve meter te kort en kunnen dus niet het hele raam verduisteren. De matras en de kussens zijn van goede kwaliteit. Het ontbijt is erg pover. Enkel toast met choco of confituur, voorverpakte chocoladebroodjes en wat doosjes……

“Breakfast was ok but items on menu extra had to be paid for. Room was clean but dated. Shower was an electric shower that was nearly unusable. Low pressure and no temperature control. No replacement shower gel was left after room was cleaned. Staff were excellent and restaurant was well presented. Hotel room a low 3 star at best.”

“Free Wi-Fi. Helpful & friendly staff. Good breakfast & plenty of options. Very hot week. A fan was provided & we were able to open the window however, the locals drinking outside were quite noisy & stayed after midnight a few nights. Popular for camper and as well. Ate supper there one evening & it was nice. The room was as expected, although could benefit from a freshen up. Reasonable prices & great location to use as a base to enable you to visit many places.”

“The Townhouse was a pleasure to stay in. Just a few minutes walk from a large public car park (on-street parking is very limited) and the large, sandy South Beach, the guest house is a short walk from the town centre. The check-in process was very straightforward. The room was clean, tidy and well-equipped - it even had a fridge! Breakfast was excellent - the full Welsh Breakfast was freshly cooked to order and delicious. The high-speed Wi-Fi was a welcome bonus. I'm not sure whether there were……

“Nice clean room, not too badly priced relative to others in the area, and nicely situated for where we were visiting. The parking is limited, but we managed. Only real negative was the room temperature and lack of extractor in the bathroom that would pull air through and take moisture/heat away. Room was roasting hot, and with a big window that let in lots of sunlight with just a small opening at the top which we couldn't open very far. The small window opening combined with no extractor in the……

“Family friendly with excellent breakfast. Communal kitchen and lounge/ dining area. Extremely helpful staff . The bedroom had light with emergency lighting which is not conducive to a good nights sleep if you are a light sleeper.”
