“A new establishment that more than exceeded our expectations. Everything was immaculately clean and fresh. The only thing lacking was toiletries and tissue paper. But if that is ll we have to gripe about, take your own supply and enjoy this new hotel by Marriott. It is priced nicely.”

“I stayed here while I was moving out of my house, but this would be the perfect little getaway for any family! Clean, easy parking, and comfortable. I especially liked the back patio and yard for the dogs. Highly recommend for anyone coming to the Hampstead or Wilmington area!”

“This property was very clean and just what we were looking for. Wrightsville beach is a close drive, a great area to walk with an open farmers market each Monday with fresh fish, seafood, and other great vendors. Short drive to downtown Wilmington with great restaurants and shops. The host was very easy to communicate with and the condo was very clean and organized. Easy check in with clear directions for departure.”

“Location is perfect, as it sits only 100 feet from the beach, the restaurans, and the bars! It's a trifecta of fun. The only minor issue is, because of the units great location, it can get a bit noisy for about 45 minutes as the bars shut down and the crowds head home around 2am.The unit was very clean and the host was great!! AC worked very well and the unit had newer appliances. Parking is tight, so carpool if possible. Local pay parking lots within easy walking distance but they run...

“We had a wonderful stay! The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the beach and within easy walking distance of great restaurants and shops. The condo was clean and the host provided clear, detailed instructions that made everything easy from check-in to check-out. They were also very responsive and answered our questions quickly. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we all slept great. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Wrightsville...

“Lee is an amazing host! He responded as quickly as possible and was polite and respectful. The space was as described: clean well maintained and relaxing. The price for the stay was phenomenal. The last place we stayed at in Wilmington failed in comparison. I recommend staying here and plan to again soon! A must see and a 5 all the way”

“Central location in Wilmington, NC. The accommodations were basic but comfortable. I booked it as a VRBO booking . I knew it was a motel, as we had stayed there before, in a smaller room, but I would have thought as a VRBO booking that there would have been basic kitchen amenities/supplies. There was nothing. Know that if you use this location, you will need to bring 100% of your supplies, if you plan to cook.
There were a few minor issues: i.e. microwave light did not work. A drawer was...

“I rented this as a spot for my mom and two teenage nephews while they were in town visiting. Home in we super cute, cold AC, easy to connect to WiFi. The location is very convenient to everything and the outdoor space was just so super cute and relaxing. She’s already said she wants to stay at the same place during her next visit!”
