"The location was great. Very spacious and comfortable place. Check-in, we weren’t told we had to get to the apartment from the canal side or that it was top floor by stairs only. We were helped by a lady who lived on the other side apartments to find our block. The microwave was broken. We ran out of toilet paper and no replacements and there were hairs still in the shower drain. The towels were also damp and musty. Not many implements to cook with, so glad we only had 1 night. "What a great, and pleasant surprise of a stay. I can’t think of a comparable resort In the US. Really seemed like it was tailored to a full family experience—not just kids, not just adults. My one critique would be our room in the hotel was quite small. Our other family members’ villa however, was quite impressive. And for almost the same price. I think the villa is the way to go.
