Todos são muitíssimo atenciosos e desde o momento do check-in já fomos acolhidos de uma maneira carinhosa e atenciosa. Todos se esforçam para tornar a estada dos hóspedes melhor. O café da manhã é delicioso e disponibilizam no espaço onde é servido o café da manhã, durante todo o dia, café, chá, além de alguns quitutes, bolachas etc. A localização é excelente, bem proxima ao Wine Tram e aos bons……

“Within walking distance of Franschhoek dining this is an incredible location with wonderful views. We had the villa with private pool and it was magnificent and very private. We would recommend this accommodation for a peaceful stay. ”

“Das Hotel liegt in sehr zentraler, aber ruhiger Lage, am Ende einer wenig befahrenen Seitenstraße. Stellenbosch hat uns gefallen und war recht europäisch. Das Personal war sehr nett und hat uns auch direkt mit den Koffern geholfen. Das Frühstück war recht einfach gehalten, aber soweit gut. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit einfacherer Ausstattung gebucht. Zeitnah sollte insb. das Bad renoviert werden. Es war aber trotzdem noch sauber. Preis Leistung hat soweit gepasst!”

“We loved our stay at La Villa Retreat! Everything from the way we were greeted with a wine tasting our first night, to the beautiful grounds, to our well appointed room, to the lovely breakfasts made it a great stay. One cool night we requested that the staff light the fire in our fireplace so it would be warm when we returned. Returning after dinner to a room lit by the fireplace was just delightful. If it wasn't so far away, we'd happily return often for a couple's getaway!”

“firstly communication was not clear because when I get the guesthouse the person who was assisting me told me that I'm supposed to be in Strand but the direction that I got was for Somerset. I was so confused but assisted me because there was a room that was free in that site. very thing is perfect very apartment is very nit and clean. ”
