“Our first impressions of the Villa were, Wow, this looks amazing and we were not disapointed. Pool was soooo nice to get into as the weather was hot and humid which was a little overwhelming. While we were there, there was an issue with the air-conditioning in the main bedroom but Goi the housekeeper was quickly on to it. Highly recomend to both couples or a family. Car or bike is recommended as it is about 1 kilometre to main road but as a couple, we were more than happy to walk it to keep up...

“I was very pleased with the property. The size of the rooms and house and pool were larger than I expected. Everything was clean and modern. We enjoyed the house very much. The location is walking distance to the main road where you can find bars, food, markets, and restaurants. We were there 5 days and spent about 1200B for electricity in addition which was not unexpected. The agency was very kind and helpful. Overall I was very happy and would recommend this to anyone who is interested”

“Beautiful modern and clean house with private swimming pool. The villa is over 1 hour away from airport. It’s in a residential area, about 40 minutes away from the Patong beach where most of the nice restaurants and shopping is located. You will definitely need your own transportation to come and go. Electricity was not included (which I was aware) however we only used air conditioning at night and still paid about $60 US for 5 days (rip off). The beds are hard. “I just want to say Natti was an amazing host and was always available when needed. Villa was amazing was what we needed, quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. Not too far from the shops. Few minutes walk and a five minute journey by taxi to restaurants as well. ”

“Great location near the beach. Pool was decent. Dome the property manager was great. Pickup and drop off from airport was flawless. Beds were big and comfy, good water pressure and hot water. Large unit but felt dated and could have used a refresh. ”
