Literally right outside your door is the bike/walking trail which leads to Ft Abercrombie, which offers the most beautiful and accessible walking trails and and beaches Kodiak offers.

The bike/walking trail goes for miles if you so desire or need it.

We are a local brand on the rise of thoughtfully curated, all-inclusive, comfortable vacation rentals with first-class professional service. We have water front properties and paddle board rentals to enjoy coastal exploration and beautiful sunrises!
We will occasionally be on site during your stay but will be available 24/7 by phone and we all live close by. I like to give my guests space and privacy, but rest assured, if you have any questions or needs they will be met during your stay.

This is a beautiful, small, residential neighborhood directly across the street from Mill Bay Beach. A popular local kodiak beach where you can sunbath, swim, kayak & paddle board. Outside your door is the bike/walking path that leads you a 1/4 mile to the fascinating Ft. Abercrombie, full of sunbeam lit mossy hiking trails, blueberry & salmonberry bushes, & rugged cliffs with hidden WWII bunkers. Also, another local favorite State Park beach with easy access. The Shoreline is also close to the downtown life, 2.5 miles, and Safeway is about 1 mile.

There's plenty of parking on site. We always recommend our guests rent a car to be fully flexible and independent TURO is a good rental option for cars.

Early Check in / Late Check out Requests:

While we try to accommodate early check-in / late check out requests - summer is busy with back to back check in's. Check-out is at 11, so it may not be possible for you to check in early. We utilize an outside cleaning service and and they need time to thoroughly clean before your arrival so early check-in may not be possible due to their schedule. Other times of the year we are so happy to oblige.

Pet Policy:

We charge a $75 extra cleaning fee.

*Not disclosing your pet(s) will result in a cancelation of your stay without refund.
*Pet may be 2 small to medium sized quiet pets
*No puppies
*Pet must not have a history of causing any damage to furniture/fixtures, no peeing on carpets, no aggression
*Pet must be leashed at all times outside of the apartment
*Pet cannot be left unattended in apartment
*NO PETS ON FURNITURE
*If your pet pees or poops on the new carpet you will be charged for carpet cleaning. ($250)
*You are required to clean up after your pet in all outdoor & indoor areas
*Please respect our other guests and tenants

Additional Rules:

*Please do not wear your shoes on the carpets or in the apartment Kodiak is rainy & muddy.
That’s a Kodiak “golden rule”

*No smoking (only outside of course). There will be a $300 room recovery fee for guests who do not comply in order to cover the
extensive cost of restoring the apartment to a smoke-free condition.

*No Parties

*Quiet Hours 10pm-7am

*DO NOT MOVE HEAVY FURNITURE AROUND (beds, couches, tables)...If you do and furniture or floors get damaged you will be held liable for damages.

*You are responsible for any damages, which you agree will be charged at our replacement cost including shipping (which you agree to pay within 5 business days of receiving the request & itemization through Hostaway).
