“I just returned from three nights at Hotel Kutko and it was a perfect experience. The staff are friendly and efficient. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel bar and outside area are very nice and there’s also plenty of local amenities close by. “The air conditioning was barely functioning at all . The room was very hot . I read other reviews later that it has not been properly functioning since May . They give you one small towel per person. There is barely any water in the room. The hotel is also in an industrial area in the middle of nowhere. There is a raised step when you enter into the bathroom which makes it easy to trip over. I pre-paid 4 nights when we first arrived (cost over 1,000 Euros for 2 rooms ) and we left the second day……

“Ze hebben 1 aangepast kamer. De kamer was niet rolstoelvriendelijk en niet rolstoelgeschikt. Wel is het een ouderengeschikt kamer die slecht ter been zijn. Met een verhoogd WC met uitsparring aan de voorkant en 1 steunbeugel. Maar geen douchestoel aanwezig. Wel een onderrijdbare wasbak. Slecht en moeilijk over te stappen vanuit rolstoel naar het bed omdat er halverwege het bed een muur staat.”
