Front desk staff are not very friendly (not even courtesy smile). After whole night flight we reached at 10.30 am and wait 3 hours get room. earlier we informed two email about our arrival. Front desk staff not even know about those emails. Other than check in issue every thing was fine for this price range.

We were checked in a damp smelly room - didn’t sleep first night. Next day we were moved to pool side room without paying extra. I am grateful for the free update but We should not have been placed in an unsuitable room in the first place. Staff are great always smiling and willing to help. On the checkout day our driver tried to charge me extra but the young male staff came out to solve the problem. Thank you
