“ VE: The reception staff were exceptionally helpful & welcoming. It was great to have 2 pillows provided per person, instead of having to ask for them. Toiletries, water & coffee, sugar were welcomed, but no creamer/"milk". Breakfast food was great (but the coffee was terrible - weak, awful taste) Minimart was basic, but good. -VE: The property is just old & tired & obviously difficult to maintain. “Receptionist unreliable with limited English skills! They didn’t clean our room! Bathroom was dirty and full of ants! We booked the pick-up in advance as requested, for the morning, because we had a bus, and they were in delay! I need to push several times!! We had dinner experience, terrible, limited food in terms of quantity and variety! When food finished was not replaced, even if we asked and several people were there without dinner yet! I strongly NOT recommend this resort! Very very bad……

“The room smelled of cigarette smoke. When asked to change room, the reception was most reluctant. After that the staff become rude to us. The pillows were moldy and the whole place was dark and gloomy. We felt unsafe and check out to other hotel without staying though we already paid for the 2 rooms.”
