“It was quite disappointed that the Hotel receptionist declined our request to call for a Grab with the reason that they don't have the driver list. Actually, they might use the appropriate apps because our phone could not download the Grab Apps due to technical problem.
Moreover, hotel wifi sometimes was not connected.”
“The hotel boutique name does not reflect its meaning ie. No hotel merchandise sold as souveniur. If U R a boutique hotel U shud sell some items. Very misleading to customers.”

“This backpacker hostel is truly fantastic! The hostess is extremely friendly, and the overall cleanliness, especially in the washrooms, is excellent.
I just want to mention that there's a bar nearby that stays open late into the night. You might hear loud music playing from around 10 PM to 12 AM.”
“All is good except the parking. There are only 2 parking space for the entire hotel. The rest have to park at the public parking area. If stay on normal days, have to worry about paying the public parking charges per hour from 8am to 5pm, except weekend and public holiday.”
