“En primera instancia la habitación que reservamos tiene algunas reparaciones en la cerámica muy despectivas, el hotel se encuentra en proceso de mejoras generales de la infraestructura por lo que espero mejoren estas condiciones. Se comunicó al personal del hotel que no estábamos a gusto por las condiciones de la habitación y sin problema nos resolvieron cambiar de habitación por una mucho mejor. Agradecemos la atención y el servicio.”

“They pay attention to detail for the apartment, feels like going home, the host always answers the messages. I checked in after midnight and she answered every message as I got confused with the code to enter the property. Definitely a place to go back to. The apartment has everything that any person could ask for. Also outside the apartment there's a coffee machine that makes all kind of coffee.”

“The property was well maintained. You will hear some aircaft noise yet expected since it is in close proximity to the airport. No problem for us. The staff were super friendly and helpfull. We ate at La Calle street Food Restaurant. The food was not typical for Costa Rica yet seriously gourmet and delicious. The mojitos top shelf. The breakfast was over the top with not only the typical continental cuisine yet Costa Rican rice and beans, sausage and yes plenty of fresh cut up fruit. Incredible.……

“We appreciate the staff, extensive morning buffet, and gym facilities. We have now stayed here 2 times and have made it our regular spot when in San Jose. Friendly staff, fresh environment, clean rooms, wonderful shower, and being close to a mall when travelling has been helpful!”
