“The grounds are beautiful and the facility was clean and well-kept. Staff members were pleasant. We would actually consider staying there in a different room but the white cabin with the thatched roof was awkward and uncomfortable to the point that we left after one night even though we knew we wouldn't get a refund. You can tell from the photos that some of the description is inaccurate (It's just one bedroom and doesn't have a private pool though there is one pool for all guests to share.) but……

“We staying in the hand-built rustic wood cabin in the middle of blackberries [Mora] in the woods. You need a 4 wheel drive to get down the very steep access road. We left our compact rental car at a house up at the road [for a modest fee] and walked down 2km. The cabin is down a steep forest path. Didn't see evidence of wifi. It's simple and wild. Will not suit everyone, but we greatly enjoyed it. ”

We made a last minute reservation here for one night on our way back from Corcovado and I honestly regret not staying for longer. The property is small but stunning. “My family and I stayed here for 6 nights and had the most amazing time! The property is absolutely gorgeous, peaceful, and just the right amount of isolation in the mountains. The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating, always checking to make sure you're having a great time. The excursions were fantastic, we highly recommend the white water rafting!
