La résidence est sécurisée et offre de nombreuses prestations de confort : Piscine Juillet/Août, laverie, parking en sous sol. Au 1er étage, l'appartement se compose d'un séjour donnant sur un balcon orienté plein sud . Dans le séjour, un convertible 2 places offrant un couchage pour deux personnes, un coin cuisine équipée, une salle d'eau et un WC indépendant. Les plus de cette location à la mer : balcon avec salon de jardin piscine Juillet/Août sous réserve des conditions climatiques et sanitaires, résidence sécurisé, parking en sous sol, proche plage. Ménage inclus. Remise et retour des clefs exclusivement sur La Rochelle (quartier des Minimes). La wifi internet, les draps et le linge de toilette ne sont pas inclus dans la location. Il s'agit d'un service optionnel à réserver auprès de l'agence.
