Stunning Detached Villa with AC, Wi Fi, Own Pool, Fab Sea Views - Walk To Beach!

Wonderful new 3 bedroom detached villa with fantastic sea views just 10 minutes walk to the blue flag beach.

The villa's elegant entrance hall with its high Moorish style ceiling and delightful furnishings sets the tone for the rest of this beautiful house which assures you a terrific holiday with all the comforts of home! There is full air-conditioning living areas and bedrooms.

The lounge has a comfortable couch and chairs, flat screen satellite TV and opens onto a fantastic sun terrace with private pool and superb views of Luz Bay and Rocha Negra. alongside the lounge is a delightful dining area with a contemporary glass dining table and terrific sea views. The dining area also has doors to the sun terrace which has an outside dining table and chairs for very special al fresco meals by the pool.
A central corridor has a guest bathroom with shower, opposite which a door opens into the well-equipped kitchen next to the dining room. The kitchen has fridge/freezer, electric oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster etc. and lots of cookware, crockery etc., while the washing machine is located in the laundry room downstairs. There is unlimited free Wi Fi.
An impressive stairwell leads down to the lower level which has 3 lovely spacious bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Also on this level is a utility room with washing machine and iron & ironing board.

With a wonderful private pool and patio dining area and sea views to die for, all near to lots of great village restaurants, this villa definitely ticks all the boxes!

Loved our villa stay in Luz-
Had a great family break in Luz- weather was sunny and warm for early May! We have visited the Algarve and this area often over the last 20 years and will return. Loved our villa stay and spent a lot of time there relaxing and enjoying the fab views. The villa met all of our expectations- in fact it was bigger than we expected and lots of room for us to be together as a family and also have our own space. I particularly enjoyed sitting around the pool looking out to sea and reading. Bliss! Although the boys always hire a car for airport travel and for occasional trips we were able to easily walk locally to lovely restaurants and the beach. We ate a lot of good food! We mainly walked back up the hill at night but did get an uber one night. So easy and cheap! We were all happy with our lovely villa and it enhanced another nostalgic visit back to the Algarve.

Great villa
We were three adult couples staying for close to 2 weeks. The villa accommodated us perfectly - each couple with our own bathroom. We cooked and barbqued frequently. Clara was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The neighborhood is quiet and a short walk downhill to town and beaches. It’s a vigorous walk back uphill to the villa but do-able. The view is gorgeous. Highly recommend.

The villa was charming and exuded Portuguese charm but it is getting a little tired ie. pool ties need repair, lawn chairs could be replaced and bathroom showers could be cleaner, shower drainage could be improved. As seniors, we felt a pool railing should be installed because stairs were slippery upon entry to the pool. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! The Villa was otherwise amazing, as were the views! We would definitely return and highly recommend it.

Villa is excellent with stunning views. Very well kept both inside and outside. Spacious and well equipped. Views are stunning. Air conditioning is very effective, which was a definite plus! Mattresses were a bit too firm for us! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My family spent a week in this beautiful home. We enjoyed the pool and playing games on the patio. Lots of restaurants near by and a short walk to the beach and water activities. Plenty of space for our family of five.

Fantastic Villa
Beautifully set over three levels looking down to Praia da Luz. All mod cons, spacious, clean with a beautiful pool and outside area. Each bedroom is en-suite which is ideal for three couples. If you don’t have a car then it is unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues as it is a steady fifteen minute incline back from the resort centre. The Baptista supermarket will deliver your shopping - great for getting heavy items back up the hill - and we used this service twice. All things considered, this is a beautiful place to stay, fantastic views and I would highly recommend it.

We had a lovely stay in the villa . It was well equipped and relaxing with stunning views of the sea. Just as well we are quite fit . There are a lot of stairs to climb and the walk back from the beach is steep.

Lovely Home with a fabulous view !
We were three adult couples spending a week on the Algarve after a Cruise up north on the Douro River. This house is very perfect for 3 couples with 3 separate bathrooms and bedrooms on the lower level and an extra bathroom on the top level by the kitchen. We ate lunches out and cooked dinner in almost every night after enjoying the very refreshing pool and lovely views. My only request would be that the mattresses should all be replaced. On the second morning we were there we called the Property Manager and she very promptly came by to add a foam pad to one of the mattresses which did help it some. Also the lounges by the Pool have seen better days and newer fresher ones would be a nice addition to the lovely pool deck. Be prepared to buy extra TP, paper towels, paper napkins, salt and pepper, and any and all necessary condiments. We would definitely choose this property again but hopefully with newer and more comfortable mattresses! Rating 9.5!

Adults and children really enjoyed our time at the villa which is very well appointed and spacious throughout. The outside space sets off the inside perfectly. The view from the terrace and pool area is wonderful. We hardly needed to go out! We look forward to returning.

The booking process was very easy with quick replies to any questions asked both prior to, and during, the holiday. The villa was as advertised with a great pool area and fantastic views. All bedrooms were spacious with powerful showers and substantial storage. The lounge and dining areas opening onto the patio was ideal. About a 1km stroll to the town and beach down hill. A good workout walking back with bags from the supermarket. Lovely walks up Rocha Negra and along the cliffs or a little easier along the coast towards Burgau. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Our favourites were Boaty’s for tapas and Jacaranda, a lovely new bistro style restaurant which was very different from the others and provided excellent food and service. Luz is a lively little town with good value water sports on the beach. The villa provides a very relaxing environment in a quiet residential area. Would definitely recommend. We came home yesterday and wish were still there!

BEST The villa is perfect. The location great. Three levels with pool and living in top work well. Pool cold but usable. UK TV good but take a TV stick and cable. Someone said bathrooms could do with update and would tend to agree but showers strong. WORST is that the beds are like rock. Cheap mattresses so couldn't sleep with hip pain. Tried lounger cushion but only 2 were dry and not much better. 8.5/10 but 10/10 with better mattresses! After all your in the bed for 8 hours a day!

Excellent everything, hosts and property manager extremely accommodating. Only improvement we’d recommend is having pool heated option, even at our expense. Location and views could not be better. Truly memorable experience.

We spent 10 days in the villa with our 3 kids 17,14,12. The villa is great. Fantastic view and a lovely pool. A quick 10 minute walk into Praia de Luz. Excellent restaurants and a fantastic beach.

Fantastic view!
The villa was large, spacious and really well equipped. Everything was spotless and even under Covid restrictions our towels were changed and we were offered a clean of the villa mid-week. The rooms were huge and all en-suite which was a bonus for our family. A lovely swimming pool with a fantastic view to top it all off. I cannot recommend this beautiful villa highly enough! Thanks

Excellent stay at the villa, the villa inside is well equipped with every thing you could need, good TV set up for those that require it (Euro's football championship on whilst i was there) plenty of equipment in the kitchen, dishwasher was good. I think a car is a must as the property is a good way from the local supermarket and town, plus it's all up-hill on the way back, I personally didn't find it a problem walking into town but someone with mobility issues may do. My only negative of my stay at he villa was that the swimming pool net (for getting insects and bits of floating foliage out of the pool) was broke (no net). The pool was cleaned twice during my two week stay however but because of the strong winds it was as bad again the next day with bits with no way to remove them. Overall I enjoyed my stay at the villa, plus the negative with the pool net can be retified easily.

Luxury in Luz
This is an amazing property in the quaint town of Luz. The tranquility of the property overlooking the Atlantic Ocean is truly magical. The beds, linens and towels were great. The shower pressure and hot water was excellent - a very important thing for us personally. The kitchen is well equipped and you even see the ocean while creating feasts. I really enjoyed the early morning sunrises and watching the birds - very serene. Unfortunately we were only able to stay 2 nights due to the CV19, we had to leave early but the host was gracious enough to give us a credit. Very much appreciated! We can not wait for the world to resume it's new normal and get back to Luz ASAP!!!

Beautiful large villa with outstanding views
large villa set in the hills over-looking Luz yet walking distance if you want to leave the car at home. It's spread across multiple levels which makes it interesting with lots of private spaces. The view from the terrace is stunning and Clara and team looking after the villa were wonderful

Tolles Haus mit super Aussicht
Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt, das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Blick aufs Meer ist unschlagbar. Viel Platz, alles top sauber. Strand und Promenade sind in ca. 20 min. bequem zu erreichen, ebenfalls einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!
