The building needs serious updating. The carpets in the main entrance foyer is disgusting as well as the side entrances. The convenience of having a washer and dryer in the building is accommodating but they need to be replaced. The cost for 2 days was a bite outrageous as well.

Beds and room were clean and comfortable. Breakfast area was pretty run down, and bathroom was in kind of rough shape (water stains, some damage) but clean. Pool is really large and a lot of fun for kids. Staff was nice, and it was easy to get to and a good price. No problem staying here again for a quick night’s rest. Close to amenities in Queensbury.

I stayed two days with my wife and two children and from the very start it was a nightmare! For starters we had no television at all due to no remote control and bith me and me wife went to the front desk and asked over ten times on different shifts for a remote a new room anything l. Everytime we were assured that they would take care of us asap. No one ever did my son can’t sleep without a tv on and this was his birthday trip. On top of that when I asked for a manager multiple times I was dismissed basically refused and told they would let the manager know I couldn’t even get a name. Then I had to go to Walmart to buy toilet paper because everytime we asked for that it went unanswered but always assured us they were bringing that and clean towels never got any of that. To make matters worse the key card back doors next to our room didn’t need any key to open them they were open for who ever and boy did they have so many people in and out all night king yelling screaming smoking drugs and cigarettes all day and night l! I honestly thought we were being pranked! Horrible place people and they could care less about their guest I think it’s a homeless place or drug rehabilitation center honestly. Begged for our money back or to be moved somewhere else guess what NO REPONSE they night girl slept across the desk both nights truly insane

The room was clean and the staff was friendly but we found out the morning street we stayed that the door to the room didn't lock and could just be pushed open from the outside. We were a little concerned when we tried to use the deadbolt at night and it didn't turn but didn't think anything of it and just thought that it was an electric lock. But no, the door does not lock and really doesn't even latch as it can simply be pushed open. Also the flip out for lock was pulling away from the wall making that useless as well. There was an odd curry like she'll throughout the hallways but the rooms were clean and nice for the most part. The free breakfast was a complete waste of time.

Very comfortable king bed and cold a/c made for a nice stay - 3 nights. Beautiful pool area even though we didn't have time to swim. Breakfast could have had some protein and fruit choices. We'd definitely stay here again.

The place was dirty!! I am 76 and made this res. many weeks ago. When I arrived (single occupancy), all the ground floor rooms were taken. I had very heavy luggage...no elevator...my entrance was B on side of building. It was filthy...large broken window pane inside small entrance B on left side, filthy floor, garbage on the floor, old stained torn carpeting, garbage pail overflowed inside hallway...vending machine took my dollars, but didn't give me my juice. THREE consecutive days I had to get back into my car and drive to main entrance because the keys locked me out. That in itself was upsetting. I am sure the front desk can verify that they had to issue me three new key cards. Outside of entrance B stinks from beer and alcohol as its a hangout. Dead bugs in corner of my bathroom...empty body wash bottle on wall dispenser.... room phone was broken...in all fairness...bed was comfortable...good choice of tv channel selections. I'd never recommend this property!

I left my wallet at the front desk somehow TWICE. Each time it was returned with no issue. My only issue was having housekeeping knock at the door 3 times before 1030 (11am check out).

Location was not good. Very old and outdated. Not sure of the clintail that was living there. Not friendly people, the very few that we saw there. Old air conditioning units that made the room vey muggy and i am sure there was mold there!
