This was the worst experience I have had through Expedia, and now they won't process a refund for the horrible experience, and didn't even stay the remaining two nights of the planned three-night stay. I booked another room it was so bad.
The room is horribly outdated and unkept, as is the entire property (i.e. weeds everywhere, paint chipping, etc.). The shower did not have a curtain, the toilet seat was falling off, the light over the sink didn't work, the water pressure out of the sink was a joke, and the bed didn't even have a fitted sheet, so the sheet came off the mattress as soon as you moved. The room took forever to cool down (not convenient when you arrive at 11 PM after a six-hour drive) because the A/C unit was not on. I really couldn't believe what I paid after seeing the room.
