We had the best room ever! Very spacious and the location is amazing, right on the ski hill. The spa is great and don't miss the very cozy bar with fireplace. The staff were excellent, very helpful getting us ski rentals and information. Loved this hotel, truly a wonderful place to stay!

Lovely hotel very close to the Chapel Bridge and Rosengart galleries. Rooms are clean and nice and the whole hotel has a bit of a good quirky vibe. Breakfast is decent - some hot & continental options. Would stay here again.

The stay at this hotel was by far one of the best. Antonio at the front desk was so helpful, he went out of his way to upgrade us for our 10th year anniversary. Antonio went the extra mile to take us into town, print itinerary for the rest of our trip in Switzerland. The hotel history is rich in culture with amazing amenities. The priceless views over looking the landscape at this hotel is something out of God’s personal photo album. If you have a chance to visit ask for Antonio and he will take great care of you meticulously.

"DONT STAY HERE. I booked 3 rooms for one night. No dental kits. Missing TV remote. Toiler paper in toiler bowl although no faeces. While taking shower after check in, the body wash bottle was empty. I had to use shampoo to finish the job. The shower head was also leaking bad. The rooms were cold ..."
