"This is our 3rd Visit to Lake Tahoe with our Family of 4 from New Orleans. The Hyatt 2 bedroom condo was spacious, clean, well maintained, with great customer service. The Hyatt Sierra Lodge was a perfect location with great activities for everyone - walking trails, the Beach, hiking, biking, snow capped mountain views, cool dry air, perfect sunny skies, visiting all over Lake Tahoe including Incline Village, Heavenly, Emerald Bay, Tahoe City, Squaw Valley, and King's Beach. "Staff was very friendly and informative we came here early and gave us some welcoming drinks! She was very polite and knowledgeable about the area and she recommended some place around. Room was very clean and comfortable! Feels like were in a cabin. Although the heater was not working or maybe its on automatic? Because it was so cold from 10pm - 4am. Overall, we loved it and we had a great experience."
