Communication from the host was extremely poor, and upon arrival we were placed in a unit that did not match our reservation. The bed layout was incorrect, which significantly disrupted our planned couples trip.The property itself was very dated. There were ants throughout the unit, the WiFi did not work at all, and the kitchen was stocked with minimal cookware and basic supplies — far below what would reasonably be expected for a rental at this price point.When we raised these concerns, staff were dismissive and rude. No solution was offered, no refund or partial credit was provided, and we did not even receive a simple apology.For the amount paid, this experience fell well below acceptable standards. Safe to drive up in snow condition. Only 10 mins away from casino/city area. The view from the room is beautiful and breath taking. I enjoyed the hot tub with snow around me.
