Cheap but outdated and dirty

Posted Oct 22, 2017
Bathroom had what looked like pubic hair in sink, toilet looked clean and the bathroom didn't smell. Hallway smelled like cigarette smoke but the room didn't stink. The door wouldn't close without you slamming it hard. The room was outdated and the ceiling had water staining. The beds were disgusting. Pillows full of different color hairs, blankets were stained, and when I pulled it back found more hairs on the bed. Smelled the bedsheets and definitely did not smell like they were washed or clean. The towels were very rough.

Never stay here!

There was plywood on the wall. Not enough towels and room supplies. If we stayed past 11am check out it was an addl 10 dollars per hour even if we checked out at 11:05 am. The continental breakfast and coffee was awful and we paid $110/ night. Now I checked this hotel with the bed bug registry and saw no negative input. I did Look at the beds and could see anything but only lights worked and we checked in after dark. The windows had blackout curtains that you had to keep closed because the wind faced the highway. When we got home and went to bed I saw that my husband had bits on his stomach and several more on his back. The were small individual bite and match the pictures of bed bug bites. But by now we had already unpacked our clothes and put our luggage away. There were no mosquitos around and if so they would have been on his legs or arms not his stomach and lower back. Not sure what to do. I will call an exterminator tomorrow and ask what I need to do at home but I think the inn keeper should be responsible for us having to exterminate our home and probably bag our beds which will be several hundred dollars. My husband is going to the doctors tomorrow since the bites can get infected and I know we need to wait a week before all of the bites on him and potentially me show up. Please send your advise. I haven't spoken to the hotel yet but the speak very poor English but I will try contacting tomorrow. Very Unhappy.
