Location was good. Room was tiny and backed on to the lift, so was noisy when the lift was in use. No traffic noise. Bed was saggy on one side. Staff were friendly enough but didn’t go out of their way. No service done in a 4 night stay.

Very good location, walkable to everywhere. The rooms are basic but nice. Downside is it was quite noisy but that’s to be expected and the shower was either super hot or super cold

The room was huge! Great view of the canal and red district. The staff was great!!! They are so kind! My booking came with complimentary wine, which was also good. Walkable location. Due to the location, there will be lots of noise until late night. Didn't bother me personally. The bar downstairs is charming.

Very clean, quiet and spacious room with perfect location right next to the train station. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, we got a complimentary drink and nibbles as a thank you for booking with them! Would definitely come back.
