“I stayed here for a conference so the location was excellent. My booking stated deluxe room but it was just a large room; I thought breakfast was included but it wasn't. The mattress was saggy and the lighting was awful - tiny bedside lights or dim overhead lights - no table lamp for working. The bathroom was so dark it was very difficult to apply or remove makeup - better lighting is essential. It was also noisy late at night on the street frontage sides of the hotel. “The room is well-renovated and clean. Nearby environment is beautiful and quite. However, the transportation is too inconvenient. It requires almost an hour to go to the hotel from Amsterdam Central.”

“Pls don’t pick this hotel if u expect u can have hotel normal service. They are digital hotel with no reception, no housekeeping from 1pm to other day morning. U they don’t expect u need a glass, or a fork and they won’t provide them in the room. To their suggestion, as a digital hotel, I think u should let your customer get those they need in a digital way, say self service counter for necessary. I didn’t get the digital key email before my check in. Lucky that I arrived a bit early before……

“Convenient stopover for our bike trek with five of us. Unique and a little tired decor at this former motel but the staff are excellent, friendly and helpful and we were able to securely store our bikes inside. Nice breakfast. ”

Het ontbijt was zeer compleet en goed verzorgd. Helaas konden we niet de gevangenis rondleiding volgen die door Fletcher wordt aangeboden. ”

“Beautifully renovated historic building with beautiful garden and a top-notch restaurant. The new lift is especially good, saving us the effort to wrestle luggages up the steep stairs typically of older Dutch buildings. Quiet surroundings at the historic city center. Very nice and helpful staff. Oh, and the breakfast is well worth the money. Everything is tasty.”

“Though, a little away from downtown’s historic district, we enjoyed a very pleasant stay. There is a casino and a movie theatre adjacent to the lobby. Cafe and restaurant as well. There is a pond with a nice walkway around it. Playground for kids behind that pond. If you have a dog you will enjoy the area. Big breakfast buffet worth every penny and free parking not to forget.”
