“What a great location for work and visiting around the area! All the residents were friendly and helpful. Although some of the areas were dark and could have benefited from more lighting, the overall apartment was nice and spacious. The check in process could not be worse unless they tried harder. A map with clear instructions would make things so much easier and smoother! Clear explanation of how to use the fobs and to know how to lock and unlock the apartment door, use the elevator would……

“The host was communicative and responsive. The initial directions were a bit unclear, but the host promptly responded. However, it is a basement apartment and the sole egress was blocked by what appeared to be some sort of HVAC unit. Additionally, the electricity appeared to be a bit rigged as there were adapters plugged into surge protectors. At one point the breaker tripped, but it was handled expeditiously. My main concern was in the event of an emergency, there was no secondary exit as the……

“This was my second time staying at this property—first for a friend weekend and this time to bring my husband, son, and mom—and I expect it won’t be our last. Super easy getaway from the DC area for water views, a quiet area, and nature activities nearby. Stacy was helpful with recommendations for the latter, as well. We’re eager to stay again when the weather is warmer to get out on the water—but despite a chill, the home and views did not disappoint!”
