It was too dark in the room. The lighten was dark. Because of trees in center that feel down in front of apartments or rooms the weeds or bushes walk into the place had to request for a broom. Otherwise, the place was nice the people at front desk was great.

The rooms were big. Separate room for the beds which was cool. Only thing is they have the ice machines out side. So the ice melts quick and most of the time no ice was available. But other than that it was a nice stay. Wished they had a pool that stayed open late.

Wonderful experience. Suite was very spacious and updated. Bathroom was large and beautiful. A/C was very cold. Only complaint was that most of the pools closed early, and the one open until 9 was EXTREMELY dirty. otherwise, a perfect stay!

Only stayed at the property for a few hours (due to flight cancellation). No time to use most services and facilities. Room was decent and served its purpose before catching early flight. One huge negative was the pullout sofabed was horrible. Mattress was extremely warped… could feel every coil/spring in the bed.

Unsafe neighborhood. They close main pool at 7pm in summer days and the pools that are open gardeners want to be there with leaf blowers telling people to move.

The property was amazing. Off the beaten path, just what we wanted in that sense. I wish I had called and verified my booking for a pet friendly 1 bedroom when I made it though. When my family I and I and our dog arrived, we were given a room with a queen bed and a pull out. Not what I booked through expedia.com. It took 30 minutes on the phone with expedia and the hotel to get the booking fixed on the hotels side. When we went to get our room keys for the room I paid for, the staff still argued I had paid for the smaller room. Once management corrected them, I was given the correct size room but not the pet friendly version that I paid for. And the A/C never did cool the room. I love using expedia but I don't think I will use this hotel again.

the resort isn’t located in a bad place but it wasn’t very clean and found stuff on the floor from the previous people and the fridge was dirty. The resort also doesn’t provide you any water or ice and you have to pay to be able to use the tv. In my opinion with the cost of this resort you’d be better off at one of the nicer ones around .

First, thanks to the staff and maintenance folks; everyone was friendly and helpful. We had two issues (drippy AC unit and a shorted out hair dryer) that were handled quickly and well. The bartender was fun and friendly. Yeah, the place is a little seasoned and old, but our room was huge and the beds nice. The couch may need a blacklight inspection (eww!) but we sat on it anyway. Overall, not bad, very well priced, and off the Strip.
