Very pleasant and accommodating staffs and the proximity, very close to the strip and to the airport. The only thing we dnt like is the non smoking room we requested was very much smelled cigarettes. The staff was very nice to ask how we do and offer some spray in the room

Pretty decent for a 2 night stay. Did like that it was near some parts of the strip. Wasnt as clean as other motel 6s ive been at but doable.

I didn’t like the fact that there were no blow dryers in the room no no courtesy shampoo no coffee in the rooms. It was dirty the bathroom didn’t have a lock.

The property was very quiet but the floors were dirty and the door for the toilet wouldn't close. I showed up a little early and was turned away until check in. Another traveler in the parking lot told me I could pay for my first night to secure my reservation, why didn't the staff tell me this. Sad, might not ever go back.

I’ll never stay here again. The room was generally clean, but needed some extra care. I made sure to wear slippers at all times, even in the shower. The shower head had visible bacteria. The floors had questionable stains. The bed was clean, thank goodness. The rate was $200 on a festival weekend. I should have at a cheap hotel on the strip for that price. Never again.

THE ROOM IS VERY SMALL. THE BED DOES NOT STAY ON THE BASE. SHOWER IS REALLY ACKWARD. WALLS ARE SO THIN, YOU CAN HEAR YOUR NEIGBORS CONVERSATION CLEARLY. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

When I arrived my room didn't have a working air unit. So I went to my brother's hotel at the Horseshoe so I paid for a night I didn't even sleep the first night it was too hot. The next day the sent the housekeeper who didn't know what to do but says the engineer comes at 12. When he came my brother's were with me while I wait because we were about to leave. I felt harassed by the staff, because my brother's were there but they have a room at another property,. Instead of apologizing for the air, they were threatening to put us out because my brother's were there. There was like five people at my door, because of my guest but no one cared about my inconvenience of having no working unit. It took 20 minutes to replace and I had to leave my room.

Booked this hotel for less than a 24 hr trip for a concert at the Park MGM/Dolby Live. It was clean, basic necessities and a 20 min walk to the Dolby Live. Would book again.

Staff were great & quick. But the room was in need of new floors or scrubbing. There was a thick black ring on the floor around the toilet. The shower took forever to heat up & once it did it was scalding. You can hear everything outside of the room. Only toiletry is bar soap. No mini fridge or microwave. I did like that there was a Denny's close by. Also right next to a minimart and a liquor store. Ten minute walk to monorail & MGM grand. 12 minute drive to airport. It was a cheaper option, but even then I felt like I spent more than the room was worth. Again, the staff were great though. They made up for it quite a bit.

Pool closed earlier than anywhere else in Vegas, we paid for a premium room, and there wasn’t a microwave! In the past we have gotten normal rooms at other Motel 6 sites and they all had microwaves. Parking wasn’t the best but that’s to be expected when you’re by the strip. When we would arrive back, the room would smell of sewer, not sure why. The showers were outdated. Beds were stiff and uncomfortable, pillows were hard as well. Overall, next time we would pick a casino or best western.

The rooms are WAY smaller than what the photos show. The door to the bathroom did not provide privacy.The AC only went down to 70, the room was hot.

The hotel room was super expensive for what we got. I know it's the weekend but... I also got a $ 12.00 cheaper room then my friend BUT old floor, no coffee maker, no refrigerator, no iron and even no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. Do yourself a favor and spend more or look for a different hotel.

Honestly not bad for where it is, but the pricing still feels outrageous for a small room with no amenities that is immediately adjacent to an airport, and experiences most of the downsides of being adjacent to the strip.

Right next to the airport, helicopters flew right over the property very low to land. Quite a few of the shady looking people looked like they were living there long-term (as residents) and I was worried about my vehicle being broken into - even though the have security patrolling 24/7.

Nearby is a well stocked mini grocery drinks snacks plus more & a very delightful manageress. Denny’s restaurant is close with great service and good eating. The hotel has a wonderful pool! MGM across the street walkable. I enjoyed my stay - too short.

Everything was good. The fire alarm started chirping when I went to bed of course but they sent maintenance right up to fix it. And when I went to bed the AC kept cutting off and on which I did not like especially during the day when I was up it stayed on constantly all day. Other than that it is good for the pricier. Staff was great.

My room had nats flying in the restroom. The coffee machine in our room was broken. When I tried to call the office pressing 0 like I was instructed by staff to do if I needed anything the phone had no dial tone.
