I stay in this hotel for almost 20 years. But this hotel is getting worse and worse. I don't understand why I have to call every day to tell them to make my bed and take out the trash when the phone doesn't work.

Even though this hotel needs outdated, our room was clean except for the carpet. We did not dare to walk barefooted it looked like they have not wash the carpet in Avery long while. On the other hand their food selection at the lobby or the bowling area is very limited and the order of fries is a Joke, literally the order consists of about 6 fries for $1.75 in a container that could fit a hot dog,

They didnt have any decent food for customers. Their only restaurant was shut down. All they had was a bunch of microwaved food. When i asked one of the staff members at a bar what she had available she was very rude and told me to read the menu. Our room keys were constantly deactivating. Ice machines were not working. We had to switch rooms the first night because our AC was not working. This place is understaffed.

Went here to celebrate my birthday with family. We had 6 “Deluxe” rooms booked in total. It all began with the front desk lady who was rude and unfriendly, wouldn’t even make eye contact. The rooms were dirty, stains all over the carpet and bed linens. They reeked of cigarette smoke, AC wasn’t working properly, and we couldn’t get extra towels. The ice machines weren’t working on any floor, we had to call front desk to get ice and they would only provide you with a small ziplock size bag of ice and other times they would not give us any, mins you, the weather was 115 degrees. And lastly, the water in the pool was hot. But I must say, the drinks weren’t pricey at all and we liked the easy access to the river from the hotel. This was the first time my family and I had been to Laughlin and we will definitely not be staying at this hotel again.

This was a family trip, the rooms were super smelly to cigarets had to keep switching but all the rooms and floors were the same. They need to change their vent filters. And they don’t have anyone by the pool so people were smoking drinking from glass and acting out.

Was a little disappointed this trip that's usually my favorite place to stay. It took a half hour to get checked in with only one person in front of me. Got to room no TV which took another hour and a half. Now I'm down 2 hours of my trip. Fall to my own. Was put into another room that was in worse condition in the first room that I got. I got woke up at 7:00 in the morning with construction right below us. You would think that they would not put people in rooms right above were constructions going to be happening. Still my favorite place and I will give them a second chance.

This is a great hotel for both adults and kids and I highly recommend it. Great beach area, bowling alley and adult arcade with karaoke. Only thing I can say I did not like was the carpet in the rooms as they were stained, but other than that no complaints. I will definitely stay here again.
