"The keyless entry lock on our rental unit’s door would not work—at the end of the day on Saturday with 2,10 and 11 year olds plus 2 adults wet from the beach and sandy because the showers coming off the beach near our unit did not work. The property manager sent a repairman—and he was tremendous. However—he worked on the door lock for over 2 hours without success and finally literally used a crow bar to force the lock to break and let us in. He profusely apologized for the inconvenience. "I’m thrilled with the location of this condo. It’s just a quick walk to the beach, and there are also easy-to-access walking, running, and biking trails. There are plenty of local restaurants, food trucks, grocery stores, and attractions nearby. The only downside is that I didn’t receive the email from Evolve with the check-in/out instructions, as it was delivered to my spam folder. "Our booked unit had no wi-fi. We had the option to change to a unit farther away from everything & get a comped golf cart. The new unit we stayed in was fine, but there were issues with smoking neighbors and coffee pot not working. Also issues with key-pad instructions not being exactly as sent. No instructions were given as to how to get the golf-cart. The comped golf cart would hardly travel. We turned it in the next day."
