"Run the other way! They can’t solve simple problems and they act like it isn’t their job or responsibility to take care of the issues at their own hotel! I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such a lack of caring. What has happened to customer service? It definitely doesn’t exist at this location. The rooms were just ok. If you want to use any kitchen items you have to request them from the front desk and hope that they have some left. A grab and go breakfast to them means crappy nutrigrain bars and one of the days they didn’t even offer coffee! Absolutely horrible! I will NEVER stay at this hotel again! Spark by Hilton is so much better! Go there! This place rots! "
