“I booked mainly because of the 11 am checkout time but housekeeping came knocking on my door twice at 945 & 950 am, just as I was getting dressed. I specifically asked for a quiet room location & they put me next to the stairwell + put a heavy footed person in the room above so it was not at all quiet. There was a dead palmetto bug on the floor that I had to dispose of. Otherwise it was okay-the bed was relatively comfortable & there was a good Keurig coffee make so I was glad I had my own good……

“The good things first….the staff and the kitchen/breakfast were wonderful!! The location is central and the convenience of parking in the back was great..however our room left little to be desired. We were downstairs in the basement in room 8, every morning we heard the kitchen staff and then the parade of people for breakfast, it was non stop and so LOUD. The room was so dark, the blinds were broken, so you couldn’t let any light, paint was peeling in places and the furniture needs to be……

“I requested to move rooms after the first room had fuzzy mold and the desk was sticky from the last person who had stayed there. The next room had cockroaches, like large ones… I didn’t end up staying here and I wouldn’t recommend you do either”

“Air suckered shower was broken the toilet wouldn't flush no trash bags in any of the garbage cans and they had trash still in them”

“Our room was very musty and damp. I also was charged additional $300 from what was supposed to be paid.”
