Location was excellent. Breakfast very good. Pools were well maintained. Staff very friendly and eager to please. My only complaint was the bed had been broken and was very uncomfortable and noisy resulting in poor sleep.

The property is an absolute disgrace!!!!! It is tired, filthy and so unkept. NOTHING at all like the pictures. Sheets are brown, towels are brown. Cob webs swinging from the ceiling that is covered in mould. bathrooms are absolutely filthy. The pool has a nice ring of scum around the tiles. The breakfast is just so poor its not funny. Please your options and as you get what you have payed for!!!!!!!!

Everything was acceptable, staff are wonderful and friendly. Bathrooms need attention . Could do with a fresh coat of paint actually the whole complex could do with a good paint. Especially to highlight the beautiful Balinese sculptures around the complex. Awesome position to access beach and shops.

Unhelpful with concerns of room allocation, wouldn’t refund our 10nights booking. Was told in check in no other rooms available, once we decided to move hotels told there was a different room. Overall poor form for melasti, the resort should just close

Great stay perfect location !

Good value for money , aircon perfect, fridge worked, excellent hot water, bed was ok room was clean. Breakfast had huge range and overlooked the beach. Good pools , SUPER AWESOME STAFF who found my airpods 💓💓💓 just a lovely stay...heads up to the security boys at the front gate you lads are gold.

We really enjoyed our stay, room waa old style baliness, very clean, staff went up ans beyond with service nothing was too much. Great location right on beach, has 3 swimming pools - 2 with swim up bars. Food and drinks really cheap. Definitely will be back.

A great value hotel/resort. Perfect location, great pool area and the suite rooms are spacious. Bathroom was a little tired, but clean and functional. Breakfast wasnt amazing, but was very adequate. For the price, very happy with my stay there.
