I checked into the Hotel on a reservation that was made weeks in advance. They sent 20 mins looking for the reservation inside of a notebook. I waited nearly an hour to get a room that should have been ready hours prior to my arrival considering that I did not check in until 4pm. The person in the office was very passive in her apology. This place should not advertise free wi-fi since wi-fi is only available in their office and in the "so called" restaurant, which was nothing more than a room with chairs. The room I received was dark wood paneled with a single light on the ceiling. Needless to say it was unbelievably dark in the room. I had to visit their office and ask that they bring a lamp and change the light bulb. There was what appeared to be mold growing in the corner of the tub, a half used roll of toliet paper and only one towel. I received a knock on the door the next morning around 7:30 am from someone on the staff informing me that breakfast was being served. I walked into the restaurant and there was a carafe like that used on a construction site, and tiny espresso size cups for coffee, in addition to paper then sliced papaya, a banana, and a stack of sliced white sandwich bread. The experience in this establishment was the worst I have ever had, and is unacceptable on every level possible.
