“The ice machine was not working, the pool was closed, the washing machine was full of rust, the windows rattled when the ac was on... but the ac did work. Towels grubby and beds uncomfortable. The iron is placed on the wall above the ironing board and when I moved the ironing board the iron fell off the wall and hit me on the head. The pointed part of the iron hit me just above the right eye. Yes, I did notify the proprietor of this unsafe situation. His reaction? He just shrugged his……

“The room was dirty. The chairs in the room were stained. Sheets were stained. The room was just terrible!!”

“The first time we ever stayed at an Home2. We thought the whole concept was very sterile and seemed institutional. There really was nothing that made us feel comfortable except for the staff. It was probably just not our taste in design. The breakfast was lacking as no gravy or grits in a Tennessee property. The only fruit was apples. So in the future we will not book a room in another Home2, but will stick with your Hampton or Embassy Suites.”

“估计有些中国家庭应该光临这个酒店，因为，距离不远处，大约12分钟的车程就有一所私立学校。这个酒店设施一般。不过，交通方便，很容易找，卫生条件也是一般。最不满意的就是早餐，太简单，要杯开水都难。”

“The sheets and comforter had stains and yellow in spots. The pillow has turned yellow and there was only one pillow case. The towels had a glob of hair and also were stained and yellow spots. The air conditioner left a puddle of water on the floor. There was hair on the floor, bugs in the lights. The breakfast was bare minimum, nothing to brag about. Hotel needs a major update. Avoid at all costs.”

“交通方便，附近商业设施也较多，餐饮购物都很方便。酒店环境也较好，晚上睡觉十分安静。下次还会入住或推荐朋友入住。”
