I was killing 4-5 what looked like flying cochroaches per day. I went to use the ice bucket and there was garbage in it. And the room looked like it was quickly cleaned, missing dirt in the corners, etc. Also, when making reservations, there was no mention of not having an elevator. I will not be staying here again.
Booked the room for family. They were unable to stay in the room due to the condition. Towels were dirty, sheets were dirty, lady bugs everywhere. When they asked for new towels more dirty towels were given to them as a replacement. Pictures were taken of everything. They went to tell the front desk and ask for a refund after checking in getting the dirty replacement towels and were told only a manager can refund for the room and that they would call when they come in. Never received a call. Numerous phone calls made to the property have gone unanswered. Corporate unable to assist.
We didn't stay the night! The parking lot was dirty, there was a bedside commode in the parking lot. The room was clean, but when we turned the heat on, it smelled like cigarette smoke. I have asthma and can't tolerate it. We left and found another hotel.
First of all the place is filthy, I requested a king suit and got a double queen. The room had a broke desk chair, toilet seat, sink faucet, and 12x12 pillows that smelled. No elevator, hallway filthy, room filthy, I didn’t even take a shower due to bugs crawling in it. Worst place ever , but the staff was nice

The property needs significant upkeep. The lights were flickering, the parking area requires maintenance, and the hallways had a strong musty odor. I was first given a room with an adjoining door whose lock did not work. Staff insisted it was “fine” because the other guest’s door was locked, which I found unacceptable. I requested a different room or a refund, but the immediate response was that refunds were not offered.
I was eventually moved to another room, but it was difficult to rest due to a child loudly yelling until about 1 a.m. The hotel looked much nicer online than it did in person, which was disappointing. This was my first stay here and will be my last. Had I been able to receive a refund, I would have chosen a different hotel

It was like the stairwells were not cleaned hardly ever definitely not within the three nights we were staying there. The room was OK there was no elevator so taking the stairs every single time and I’m not being cleaned was pretty bad.
The property isn't as clean or nice as the pictures online. The only thing about the hotel was the staff. They were friendly and helpful.

We paid more for a king suite with jacuzzi tub. It didn’t work. The bed was probably the most uncomfortable bed and pillows I’ve ever slept on. The up keep and cleanliness of the room could her been better

Room was clean but still looked dirty. The room had one faucet, which the handle broke off. Had to wait 10 minutes to get helped at the counter. Most if not all had very large noticeable dents in furniture and walls.
The hotel was run down quite a bit. Overhead lighting was out in several areas. Staff wasn’t very personable on check in. Check out lady was very nice. Towels were stained. Hallways smelled of cigarette smoke. Floors were dirty in the room. The mattress was old and uncomfortable! No elevator to carry luggage up to the room (which was a lot since we were there for 3 days) Not a pleasant stay and got no rest. The only thing that was nice was the water pressure in the dirty shower.
Stained bed sheets with blood, hair food. We had to make our own bed on the pullout. Only 2 towels for a room booked for 4. Said they didn’t have extra pillows for the pullout so took from another room. Pool was green. Owner had their dog there when no pets are allowed. TV remote didn’t work and their suggestion was to move our room (while our kids were already asleep) or wait till the next day to reprogram the remote. The manager on seemed genuinely upset with the pictures I took of the sheets and said we would get a full refund as we had to pack up our sleeping kids at midnight after a long day visiting family. But we still haven’t gotten the refund. Also 5 of their security camera were out and visible at the front desk so people knew where they could do wrong.
