Our towels were dirty, you have to pay for parking, there's cockroaches everywhere in the room. The siding door and blackout pannels are hard to shut. The pace is run down and it shows half the lamps don't work. The best thing about this room is the festivities that come along with the hotel

The property was nice, one building was being updated but there wasn't really any construction noise! The pool slide was a blast. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool as well. The room was slightly dated but had everything we needed to have a great stay! You don't need much in the room considering you are in Hawaii for the views and experiences!

Great resort
Great place- be prepared to either bring towels, or wash towels or pay for clean towels. It would have been nice to have a broom to sweep up sand on the bathroom floor. Also, don’t get excited about the resort’s activities- you won’t be allowed to participate (if if you are willing to pay). That said, the resort is beautiful, the room was clean and comfortable, a good value. We loved our stay.

Excellent resort
The resort was great with 4 pools and 2 hot tubs to choose from! The rooms were clean and as described. With the private rooms, there is no daily housekeeping so keep that in mind. It also had central air which was great for the hotter days!

Property has great pools, beach, & parking . But the unit we had was poorly maintained. The bathroom fan did not work, towels & sheets are old & tattered, double beds are too small, carpet needs to be cleaned, pillows are flat, wall plaster/paint falling off, patio chairs were dirty

This was a great room to stay in! The host was extremely accommodating and it was fun getting the perks of being at a hotel. They had a great kiddy pool for our 1 year old. We will definitely be back!
