Stayed there 4 nights. The hotel was great, staff was friendly and accomodating. The room was clean with a lovely view of the coast (14th floor) minibar included and coffee machine. Ironing board and and ironing are available on request. The hotel is within walking distance to shopping malls, supermarket, pharmacies and malecon de Miraflores. The breakfast is good with many choices. One thing I enjoyed about breakfast was that they always offered a peruvian dish in addition to regular breakfast. Free wifi was great. The pool in the rooftop although not too big its really what you need and was always kept clean. Gym was decent and more than enough items for you to chose. Checked out at noon. They kept my suitcase untill 5pm on my journey to the airport and offered me access to the shower in the 17th floor providing me with a towel. Didn't use their transport. Used a different shuttle provider (quickllama) very good. Overall you would definitely like the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay and I will be looking to stay there again on my next visit to Lima.

Plus: location, staff, modern vibe, room cleanliness, pool, also has a bar and restaurant. If you have a city view, it is wonderful Minus: The bar is a little pricey; the breakfast setup and service is excellent, however the hot breakfast and bread selections and the restaurant menu options could be improved. Also our entire room only had two small drawers: one in the closet and one in the hallway by the mini fridge. Not enough hooks in bathroom. No place to hang a long dress if you happen to travel for a special occasion.

Hotel parking is done via elevator not good for inexperienced drivers. Staff can be more friendly specially for people unfamiliar with lima and the culture there. At some point it gave me a tourist trap atmosphere.
