Total carelessness and treatment of the guest, from the moment we entered, we did not find staff to help with the suitcases, they took us to a room that was occupied, they gave us bad information about the hours of restaurants, and many other things. Total insecurity, many people have access to enter the hotel, through the restaurant they have on the top floor. Finally, I lost a diamond earring and they did not give me any answer until after insisting several days. Never appeared. I had to talk to the manager to find some improvement, but that was not enough for all the bad time we had in that hotel.

I like this hotel a lot. Everything just works well and food facilities and staff are always great. My only gripe is that I'm not convinced the hotel truly believes in giving any VIP benefits and think they would be better not to advertise as such.
