“Well arrived late and then had to figure out the rental car and then by the time we arrived to the hotel it was 1 am they refused to let us on the property and they even slammed the door in our faces as if we were late on purpose. Expedia was of zero help in the situation then they told me they were going to refuse to give me a refund because we were a no show!!! What a mess if this was the only hiccup for Expedia I would be fine but the first hotel we prepaid for I reached out to ask them some……
