Located just above 101 and nearly in the heart of Lincoln City proper, this home is surrounded by all the activities the area has to offer. Cross the street for lunch at Kyllo’s or walk the strip and stop at a salt water taffy shop—the choice is yours!

Parking notes: Vehicles and Parking
Important: There is a strict allowance of 2 cars at this property. Additional vehicles may result in towing or fines at the sole expense of the guest.
Lincoln City requires strict compliance with parking restrictions at vacation rental homes. The following parking restrictions apply to this Home:
(a) No more than the advertised number of cars can be parked at the Home at any one time; and
(b) With respect to allowed cars, all vehicles must be parked within designated parking spaces on the vacation rental property. No parked is allowed within public parking spaces whatsoever.
(c) All vehicles parked outside of Lincoln City parking regulations are subject to towing at the vehicle owner's sole expense.
You understand and acknowledge that your breach of these parking restrictions may result in Lincoln City terminating the permit allowing for short term rentals at the Home. As such, you acknowledge that it is important for all guests and visitors to abide by these parking restrictions.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
